AXA Offers Solid Protection Plan Against Dengue and Other Tropical Diseases with Premiums Starting at 48 Baht a Year
AXA Thailand General Insurance has launched the AXA Tropical Disease insurance, covering 5 of the most dangerous mosquito-borne diseases in the country – dengue, chikungunya, zika, malaria and encephalitis. This special insurance, offering a lump sum benefit when one of these diseases is detected, has been created to provide the best protection for as low as 48 Baht a year, with no medical check-up required at the time of application. Covering up to 30,000 Baht, the policy can be added to existing health insurance offers. Available through AXA’s online channel, the e-policy is sent immediately via email.
“Cases of dengue fever, the most rapidly-spreading of these diseases, are frequent in Thailand.
