FREE! Emergency Roadside Service Assistant

1. Free All Light Labor Repair for an emergency roadside repair charge max. 1,500 Baht/ incident (unlimited incidents per year)

2. Free Towing Service to the nearest suitable repairer selected by AXA Roadside Service only. For the case that insured vehicle cannot be fixed through Roadside Emergency Service as indicate in item 1.

For the First 100 Km.

For the First 50 Km.

3. Free Travelling or Accommodation Expenses as actually paid but not exceeding 4,000 Baht for incident happening more than 100 km. from customer’s permanent address as indicated in the insurance policy and to be towed the repair work assessed by Roadside Technician would take more than 24-Hour, you will beprovided the optional with

3.1 2 days car rental (actually paid but not exceeding 2,000 Baht/ day) or

3.2 One-way domestic plane ticket (2 seats) or

3.3 One-way domestic train ticket or public transportation (2 seats) or

3.4 2 night accommodations continuously (actually paid but not exceeding 2,000 Baht/ night)

4. Free Gasoline Refill in case the insured vehicle runs out of gasoline and unroad worthy while on the road, this free service will enable effort in getting the vehicle to nearest petrol station.

5. Free Service of Emergency Medical Transfer in case of serious medical sickness occurs while travelling in the insured vehicle. Note: Hospital transfer is subject to recommendations given by the attending medical practitioners with coverage up to 4,500 Baht per event.

6. Free Repatriation of Mortal Remains (With in Thailand) available in case of death by motor accident happening more than 100 km. from customer’s permanent address as indicated in the insurance policy. The coverage is up to 50,000 Baht per event.

7. Free Coordination for Another Driver available in case of an accident causing bodily injury or sudden and serious unforeseen illness during the course of a journey taking place more than 100 km. from customer’s permanent address as indicated in the insurance policy and no qualified person is at hand to drive the insured vehicle to the intended destination.

8. Locksmith Service in the incident of mistakenly locked or accidentally key lost, AXA Assistant will arrange and pay up to 1,500 Baht per event for Locksmith solution.

9. Free Additional Services such as movie ticket or concert reservation, hotel booking or book a golf course, etc.

 

*Remarks :

1. The Roadside Service is solely provided for losses that are not caused by car accident.

2. The Roadside Service is provided for 4 wheel vehicles (sedan, pickup and van only) and vehicle age not exceeding 15 years.

3. All incurred costs for spare-part(s) replacement are excluded.

4. The Service in item 3, This service can use up to 2 events per year.

5. Customer is responsible for all costs exceeding the amount stated in the conditions.

6. Customer is responsible for all expenses for the service item 7 and 9. These services are referral and arrangement basis only.

7. In respect of the additional services, the company is acting merely as a coordinator.

8. The Company recognizes the customer's address as indicated in the insurance policy as the customer's permanent address unless the customer notifies the Company otherwise.

9. Conditions of Roadside Service are complied with AXA’s terms and conditions only.

10. Customer can use Roadside Service provided in Thailand only.

11. “Vehicle” stated in this document shall mean any vehicle as indicated in remark no. 2 that is insured with the company.
