Coverage
This insurance policy covers the legal liability of the insured and liability under the transportation contract. To the cargoes that are handled for transportation and the provision of services related to transportation and liability to third parties related to transportation. Including customs fines that has occurred during the insurance period resulting from the operation or provide services according to transportation contracts Within the coverage area agreed on in the Policy Schedule page as follows:
- For loss or damage or delayed delivery of goods that are in transit and by transport vehicles from the time the insured receives possession of the goods until the completion of delivery of the goods as specified in transportation contract
- For loss or damage to the cargo from the following operations at the storage location or location Temporary storage (if any) from the time the cargo are imported to the said location. As specified in the transportation contract
