Guide to filing Tax Exemption 2023 for AXA Health and Personal Accident customers

For AXA Thailand Health and Personal Accident customers who wish to file for 2023 Tax Exemption until 31 December 2023, please follow the following steps below

1. Redirect from AXA Direct page. "Customer Service" menu and choose Tax Exemption 2023 or https://direct.axa.co.th/taxExemption

2. click "Next" to proceed.

3. Fill in information.                                                                  

  • Thai people fill Tax ID or ID card no.*                                               
  • Foreign people fill Tax ID or passport no.*                                                    
  • Input Date of Birth*
  • Put Email address for receive data.

    *Required Field.                                                                                        
    Choose "Confirm" to redirect next step

4. Select item you want to proceed with 

  • Disclose for all related insurance policy with AXA Insurance PCL. or
  • Disclose only below insurance policy / available for only chosen policy in case there are more than 1 policy or
  • No Intention to Disclose

4. Confirmation of consent and choose “Confirm” to proceed.

6. Show thank you page and the result of your consent.

You will receive a confirmation email after form submission. Those who have not filed for Tax Exemption will not receive a confirmation email.
