You will be informed the result of your request for claim compensation within 15 days from the date that AXA receiving all necessary documents for claim consideration, which may not a claim submission date.
However, claim submission date may not be deemed as the starting date of claim consideration.
Keep your information up to date. You can modify your details including address, name, phone number, email, and bank account.
You agree and acknowledge that all activities occurred from your account are defined as your action. Therefore, you need to ensure that you already kept your account information and password secure at all times.
