AXA Group Launches Global Solidarity Challenge in Fight Against COVID-19 Providing Financial Support to 1,200 Intensive Care Units in 60 Countries

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, AXA Thailand General Insurance has demonstrated its commitment as the partner for life to customers and society, in particular by supporting the medical response across the markets where AXA Group operates.

Recently, AXA Thailand joined a global solidarity challenge on social networks to contribute in fight against COVID-19. Through the volunteering program AXA Hearts in Action and in partnership with 101 Fund, AXA financially supports 1,200 intensive care units in 60 countries.

Participating in the campaign by posting the campaign’s graphic photo or a creative photo with thank you message to the medical staff on Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram with these hashtags #AXASolidarityResponse and/ or #AXAHeartsinAction and #AXAThailand, each post will unlock a EUR 5 donation to the 101 Fund, financed by AXA.

In addition, you will also have the opportunity to make a personal donation via website at https://fundraise.one-o-one.eu/projects/axa-101. The campaign starts today until June 30, 2020.

Ms. Sureerat Moleechart, Chief Marketing Officer, AXA Thailand General Insurance said, “We realized the importance of empowering people to live a better life. Therefore, we continue to organize CR activities such as providing financial support for Thammasat Hospital to distribute masks and face shield masks to medical staff nationwide. Through these campaigns, we would like to thank all the medical staff who have been working tirelessly in the front line to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.”
