● This Promotion is only valid for the purchase of SmartCare Essential - Individual Plan via website https://direct.axa.co.th/HealthOnline/SmartCareEssential of AXA Insurance Public Company Limited (“AXA”). Promo code “AXAGOWABI” must be applied to the complete premium payment, during 1st July 2024 – 31st December 2024.
● Every purchase through an online channel subject to Article 1. by specifying used promotion code “AXAGOWABI” and complete insurance premiums payment within the Promotion period and fulfill stated conditions, the customer will receive GoWabi e-Coupon under the conditions specified below,
- Get GoWabi e-Coupon 1,500 THB for purchasing insurance product under this Promotion. For premium payment from 10,000 - 19,999 THB.
- Get GoWabi e-Coupon 2,000 THB for purchasing insurance product under this Promotion. For premium payment from 20,000 - 29,999 THB.
- Get GoWabi e-Coupon 2,500 THB for purchasing insurance product under this Promotion. For premium payment from 30,000 - 39,999 THB.
- Get GoWabi e-Coupon 3,000 THB for purchasing insurance product under this Promotion. For premium payment from 40,000 - 49,999 THB.

● This Promotion is valid for the new customers who purchased SmartCare Essential via online ONLY (excludes the renewals, endorsements or had purchased via online)
● The GoWabi e-Coupon will be sent to your e-mail, as provided in the insurance policy, within 30 working days from the policy effective date.
● Any terms and conditions of using GoWabi e-Coupon are subjected to GoWabi company.
● The company reserves the right to withdraw this reward within 30 days after delivery date if the e-mail is invalid (delivery failure) / registered address is incorrect, and the company has not been contacted by the customer.
