JOB :
The incumbent acts as the key interface between the users and project management team by gathering business requirement and translating into deliverable; evaluating business process; uncovering areas for improvement; developing and implementing solutions; monitoring project progress and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATION :
● 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Business Analyst role. The experience in non-life insurance or financial sector will be an advantage.
● Knowledge of IT architecture and solution components
● Strong communication skills
● Systematic thinking
● Effective relationship building skills
● Effective command of English
