Terms & Conditions for EXPO promotion:

1. This promotion is available for the purchase of voluntary motor insurance or compulsory motor insurance on online purchase via the website https://direct.axa.co.th/Motor of AXA Insurance Public Company Limited only, any other channels cannot be applied for this promotion. Every purchase must apply code “EXPO”, valid 28 November – 10 December 2024

2. This promotion applies to a car insured that is specified for personal usage only.

3. 15% discount for customers who purchasing voluntary motor insurance online and 12% for compulsory motor insurance online only (the discount is exclusive of vat and stamp).

4. Gas E-Code and Starbucks e-Coupon is reserved for customers who purchase voluntary motor insurance only.

- Get Starbucks e-Coupon 2,000 THB when purchasing motor insurance type 1 for Electric Vehicle (EV)

- Get Bangchak e-Code for gasoline 2,000 THB when purchasing motor insurance type 1 not EV including PHEV with contract garage policy.

5. This Promotion Campaign is available to customer who purchased AXA's Motor insurance online for the first time or who have purchased AXA's Motor insurance from other channel without making a claim within 12 months before your submission date under this Promotion Campaign. However, AXA has the right to cancel your policy under this Promotion Campaign if you have a claim history in that time period.

6. Installments are available for cardholders of participating banks; BANGKOK BANK, Krungsri (excluded First Choice), Central The 1 Credit, KTC, SCB, TMBThanachart, UOB and Kasikornthai

Total premium is 4,000 – 14,999 THB (including stamp and VAT) / policy can be selected 0% interest for 4 months. Total premium is 15,000 THB and above (including stamp and VAT) / policy can be selected 0% interest for 4, or 10 months.

7. For all eligible policies, the company reserves the right to not refund the insurance premium in case an insurance policy is terminated by insured.

8. The discount, Starbucks e-Coupon and Gas E-Code under this campaign cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

9. Terms and conditions of Gas E-Code are subjected to the Gas Service Company.

10. Terms and conditions of Starbucks e-Coupon are subjected to Starbucks company.

11. E-Code for gasoline and Starbucks e-Coupon will be sent via registered email around 45 business days after your coverage started. However, the company reserves the right to withdraw the reward if you cancel the policy, or if the e-mail you provided is invalid (delivery failure) and the company has not been contacted by the customer within 60 days after the completed transaction date.

12. All the images are only for advertising purposes and do not reflect the final products. The company reserves the right to change the service provider or entrepreneurs involved with the prizes, as well as color, or creating new patterns of the prizes.

13. The company will not be held responsible if the goods are damaged or lost from delivery.
