Notification Service Representative (English & Thai skill)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • Hotline Agents shall responsible for English, Thai incoming and outgoing calls, Emails, and any other touchpoints as necessary, to answer the questions effectively, maintain standard performances and improve service delivered to the customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Receive incoming claim notification calls by phone, Line.
  • Coordinate and monitor assigned survey to the accident site.
  • Provide preliminary support to customers by phone; answering questions, giving advice to customers about the accident.
  • Contact customers on service satisfaction by survey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Able to work in shift (24/7)
  • Able to work quickly under pressure and having a professional attitude when dealing with customers relations
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook) and telecommunication system
