Claims Administrative Officer

JOB :

The incumbent supports claim handling by coordinating related documents from customers to support claims decision; verifying claims documents; registering claims in the System; processing payment to customers; and communicating with customers on claim status.

QUALIFICATION :

● 2 years experience in Insurance business

● Strong communication

● Well-organized process and administration

● Good command of English
