AXA Extends Annual Travel Insurance Coverage by 6 Months

During the outbreak of COVID-19, AXA Thailand General Insurance is well aware of the severity of the spread and cares about potential impact on customers. Therefore, AXA has decided to automatically extend travel insurance policies by another six months to our individual customers who hold AXA Smart Traveller annual international travel insurance policy, and whose insurance coverage start date is between April 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.

The extension is automatically applied by adding six months of coverage from the policy expiry date. The extension also applies to customers whose annual insurance already expired and they have renewed their policies. In the latter case, six months of coverage will be added to their new policies. There is no need to contact AXA to request for the extension. Eligible customers will be notified by SMS.
