Key Responsibilities:
- Review claim notifications, police reports, medical records, invoices, estimates, and supporting documents.
- Determine coverage and liability under Compulsory Motor Insurance (พ.ร.บ.) and voluntary motor insurance.
- Assess BI and PD loss values, including loss of use where applicable.
- Set and adjust reserves; settle within delegated authority; escalate as needed.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, representatives, hospitals, repairers, and lawyers to achieve fair outcomes.
- Provide guidance to surveyors and support the Hotline team during and outside business hours on a roster basis.
- Drive to achieve yearly objective & target.
Qualifications:
- University or Vocational graduate
- More than 5 years of experience in motor claims, with focus on bodily injury and property damage assessments.
- Strong understanding of policy conditions and compensation under พ.ร.บ. and voluntary motor insurance, including bodily injury/health and property damage, and loss‑of‑use.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with clients, third-parties and partners related to claims service and assessment.
- Ability to work under pressure independently.
- Computer proficiency is required.
