Senior Group Health Sales Executive

We are looking for a Group Health Sales Executive / Senior Executive to sustain and grow AXA's Health Business by:

Provide high-quality customer service across all channels, including brokers, agents, and banks.

Secure existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.

Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, ensuring their expectations are met.

Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously offering solutions that align with their objectives.

Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations teams to deliver the most suitable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum proven 3 years' experience in sales in health insurance industry
• Solid proficiency of sales and customer handling in an insurance industry
• Experience in Sales, Account Executive, Underwriting or Claim is more advantage 
• Good relationship management and sales skill
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in English
