The incumbent acts as the key interface between the users and project management team by gathering business requirement and translating into deliverable; evaluating business process; uncovering areas for improvement; developing and implementing solutions; monitoring project progress and resolving problems
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the IT team on new project implementation and system enhancement to support business units and business operation.
- Tackle on complex projects ex. complex of requirements, multiple stakeholders, inter-related systems.
- Strategic analyst in term of planning, scoping, and helping BA manager to make decisions.
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Give a consultation to internal stakeholders in view of technology and operation processes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or others related fields.
- At least 3 years’s experience in Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years’s experience in Non-Life Insurance / Life Insurance Business.
- Knowledge of insurance business processes
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to deal with complex issues.
- Effective relationship building skills
- Good command of English is advantage
