Terms and Conditions of Insurance Premium Installment Plan

(1.) This benefit is applicable for the purchase of the SmartCare Essential individual health insurance plan made directly online with AXA Insurance Public Company Limited (“the Company”) via https://direct.axa.co.th/HealthOnline/SmartCareEssential/CoverageOptionPlan only.

(2.) This promotion is exclusively for new online customers. Customers who have previously purchased the SmartCare Essential plan with the Company are not eligible for this benefit.

(3.) The interest rate and installment period are subject to the following conditions:

  • 0% interest for up to 10 months for insurance premiums of THB 15,000 or more per policy (including stamp duty and VAT).
  • 0% interest for up to 4 months for insurance premiums between THB 4,000 – 14,999 per policy (including stamp duty and VAT).

(4.) Installment payments are available only for participating credit cards, including:

Bangkok Bank Credit Card, Krungsri Credit Card (excluding Krungsri First Choice), Central The 1 Credit Card, Krungthai Credit Card, Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) Credit Card, TMBThanachart (TTB) Credit Card, UOB Credit Card

(5.) In case of policy cancellation, the policyholder will receive a refund based on the surrender value stated in the policy. The cancellation will not affect any other rights and obligations the cardholder may have with the issuing bank.

(6.) Terms and conditions of underwriting as specified by the company, the insured should understand before making the decision.

(7.) Aside from the terms stated in this document and the insurance policy, the installment conditions are subject to each bank’s regulations.
