AXA Insurance is launching a year-end campaign offering members of AXA Club who hold health insurance policies the chance to win a Liverpool jersey

Terms and Conditions

AXA Insurance Public Company Limited “AXA” would like to announce terms and conditions of Lucky Draw of Liverpool Jersey 2026/2027 as follows:

1. This activity is reserved only for customers who purchase AXA individual health insurance products at the minimum premium of 15,000 THB/policy (excluding the following four products: Cancer Insurance, Tropical Disease Insurance, and Hello Health Insurance for every channel) between October 15 and December 15, 2026.
2. The customers who wish to participate in this activity must apply in the AXA Club by providing the email address in the insurance application form for both offline and online channels. AXA shall deem such action is the customer’s agrees to apply for membership in the AXA club. Please be informed that the customer will be eligible to enter this activity only after becoming a member of the AXA Club.
3. The participant who is eligible to receive the prize must retain ownership of the insurance policy throughout the campaign period.
4. The participant entitles each individual policy to 1 right/1 insurance policy.
5. The winner must not reduce, change and/or amend the insurance coverage that may cause in a reduction of the insurance premium, from the date of purchasing the policy until 31 January 2027.
6. The right to receive the prize is an exclusive right. If the winner is unable to receive the prize in accordance with AXA’s specified conditions, AXA reserves the right to prohibit any transfer or substitution of the prize to another person.
7. AXA reserves the right to change the details of the prizes, such as size or color.
8. AXA will announce the names of the winners on our website, www.axa.co.th, on Friday, 22 January 2027, and will notify the winners via the email that the winner provided to AXA at the time of appling in the AXA Club.
9. The winners is required to pay a withholding tax of 5% of the prize value in accordance with Revenue Department Order No. ท.ป. 4/1985 dated September 26, 1985, in conjunction with the Revenue Department Order No. ท.ป. 104/2001 dated September 15, 2001.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used as a discount on insurance premium payments.
11. AXA reserves the right to limit participation in this activity to customers only. Employees of AXA, sales across all distribution channels, including agents, brokers, and bancassurance, as well as any other companies involved in organizing and conducting this activity, are not eligible to participate.
12. AXA will send the prize to the winner by post within 30 days from the date of the winner is announced.
13. The participant acknowledges that AXA will collect the participant's personal data, such as name, surname, email address, and mailing address, including but not limited to photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings, for the purpose of organizing and conducting this activity. Participants may review AXA's Privacy Notice at https://www.axa.co.th/en/compliance/legal-and-privacy-statement.
14. AXA reserves the right to not warranties for the quality of the prizes of this activity. If there are any issues with the prize, the winner acknowledged that the winner must contact to the seller directly.
15. AXA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
16. In case of any disputes, the decision of AXA shall be final.
