If you are an AXA Smart Traveller’s Choice policyholder, the system will automatically send you a notification via email and SMS, inviting you to register and redeem your benefit. You’ll receive access to over 1,300 airport lounges worldwide within the DragonPass network.

1. This bonus is offered to customers who purchase the Smart Traveller's Choice (Basic, Advance, and Max), starting from May 12, 2026
2. You will be eligible for the bonus according to the insurance plan purchased as follows:
2.1 Under the Basic Plan, customers who purchase trip protection are eligible for the bonus if their flight is delayed by 240 minutes or more.
2.2 Under the Advance Plan, customers who purchase trip protection are eligible for the bonus if their flight is delayed by 90 minutes or more.
2.3 Under the Max Plan, customers who purchase trip protection are eligible for the bonus if their flight is delayed by 60 minutes or more.
3. The number of flights you can register is subject to the following conditions:
3.1 For the Single trip policy, you can register for up to 6 flights per policy.
3.2 For the Annual policy, you can register for up to 30 flights per policy year.
4. You must register your flights on https://flightdelay.axa.co.th/ at least 2 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time.
5. You can register all flights, including connecting flights, which are part of your insured journey during the insured duration
6. Once the delay occurs under the conditions above, you will receive notification in email and SMS to redeem your bonus.
7. You must redeem your bonus within 30 days from the date your flight was delayed.
8. The bonus must be used within 6 months from the day that you’ve redeemed it.
9. The bonus cannot be transferred to third parties, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
10. The Company reserves the right to revoke the bonus if you do not comply with the conditions.
11. In case of policy cancellation, the Company reserves the right to revoke the bonus.

13. Lounge services are subject to capacity and conditions of each lounge. Please inquire with the lounge staff before redeeming or using the bonus.
14. Terms are determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Company's decision is final.
15. Terms and Conditions of coverage and underwriting as specified by AXA, the Insured should understand them before making the decision.
AXA Flight Delay Bonus is a special benefit for the insured person of Smart Traveller’s Choice when the flight is delayed by at least 1 hour.
When your flight is delayed, the benefit is complimentary access to airport lounge, subject to the company's conditions.
AXA Flight Delay Bonus is a special benefit for the insured of Smart Traveller’s Choice, both single trip and annual, including Basic, Advance and Max plan, who selected the trip protection. Moreover, the insured person must complete registration of flight at least 2-hour before original scheduled departure time for each leg of your journey.

1) You must register your flight(s) on https://flightdelay.axa.co.th/ at least 2 hours before original scheduled departure time for each leg of your journey.
2) We will monitor your flight(s) in the system and notify you if there is a delay beyond the scheduled departure time by at least 1 hour. You can 'Turn-Delay-To-Bonus' and redeem the complimentary benefits of AXA Flight Delay Bonus while you wait.
3) Use the redeemed benefit
Each insurance plan has different delay time criteria:
- Basic Plan: You can redeem benefit of AXA Flight Delay Bonus, if the delay exceeds 4 hours.
- Advance Plan: You can redeem benefit of AXA Flight Delay Bonus, if the delay exceeds 1.5 hours.
- Max Plan: You can redeem benefit of AXA Flight Delay Bonus, if the delay exceeds 1 hours.
There is no restrictions regarding the cause of the delay when redeeming the benefit. You can redeem the benefits as long as your flight has met the delay timing criteria.
1. If you purchase a travel insurance policy for just 1 traveler and cancel the policy, the AXA Flight Delay Bonus benefit will be canceled immediately after you notify us of the cancellation.
2. If you purchase a travel insurance policy for more than 1 travelers and cancel coverage for only some of the travelers, the AXA Flight Delay Bonus benefit will be canceled only for the travelers whose coverage is canceled.

You must complete registration of flight at least 2-hour before original scheduled departure time for each leg of your journey.
You can cancel your registered flight and register a new flight with updated flight details. The new flight registration must be completed at least 2-hour before original scheduled departure time. Otherwise, the system will not be about to process changes to your flight registration.
The maximum number of flights that can be registered depends on the type of travel insurance. For single-trip travel insurance, you can register up to 6 flights. For annual travel insurance, you can register up to 30 flights per year.
Only the email account which is provided to AXA as the contact email address of the policyholder can create an account to login to https://flightdelay.axa.co.th/ for flights registration. This email account will register flights for all the travellers where the insurance is purchased together.
The system will monitor any delays for the flights that you have registered. If your flight delay timing meets the criteria for redeeming benefits, you will receive SMS and email notification in your mobile phone and email address which you have provided to AXA when you purchased the travel insurance.
You must redeem by choosing the exact airport lounge of your choice within 30 days of the delayed flight.
After you receive the notification SMS and email on the flight delay, you can login to https://flightdelay.axa.co.th/ to redeem the benefit. After redemption, an QR code access pass will be sent to your email and can also be downloaded from your account.

Only the email account that has been used to register for the flights of all travellers can choose the airport lounge. All travellers must choose the same airport lounge.
In the case of a canceled flight, it does not qualify as a delayed flight for benefit redemption.
The QR code access pass will expire in 6 months after redemption.
