1. Insurable age 18-65 years old for new business upon policy effective date; Renewable up to74 years old.
2. Occupation Class 1 only.
3. Residents of Thailand only.
4. This insurance does not cover residents or workers in the 3 provinces of the Southern Thailand, including Yala, Narathiwat, and Pattani.
5. Terms and conditions of coverage and underwriting as specified by AXA, the Insured should understand before making the decision.
6. AXA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions including premium at any time without prior notice.
