We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic digital initiatives to increase sales efficiency and GWP across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing, and Distribution) to design and implement scalable digital solutions.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business impact.
- Track performance KPIs (conversion, cost-to-GWP, SLA) and optimize continuously.
- Conduct user and market research to identify opportunities for new digital capabilities.
- Manage project timelines, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in insurance or fintech with proven track record of launching a successful digital insurance solution or products.
- Strong understanding of digital user journeys and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
