Terms & Conditions : AXA PA SME We Care Group Accident Insurance
- Insurable age is 18–64 years, renewable up to 74 years.
- Only Occupation classes 1–3 are eligible. Please contact AXA for the definition of Occupation classes.
- Number of staff per policy: 5–200 persons. For groups larger than 200 persons, please contact AXA.
- Exclude any person who live or work including any accidents occurring in the 3 southern border provinces of Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat.
- No advance payment is required for hospitalisation at all AXA network hospitals nationwide.
- Coverage applies to employees only and on a compulsory basis. For dependants and optional coverage, please contact AXA.
- Effective from 1 September 2020. AXA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, including premiums, at any time without prior notice.

AXA PA SME We Care is a group accident insurance plan designed to provide protection for employees in the event of an accident. This policy is specifically tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and offers comprehensive coverage, including accidental death, medical expenses from accidents, as well as coverage for murder and assault, and riding or traveling on a motorcycle. It is an accessible option for SMEs seeking valuable employee benefits, while providing employees with peace of mind both in the workplace and during off-site duties.
AXA PA SME We Care provides coverage for 5 to 200 employees per policy. You can enroll your team starting from just 5 employees on the policy’s start date. Eligible employees must be between 18 and 64 years of age, with renewals available until the age of 74.

Yes. Employees under the AXA PA SME We Care policy will receive an AXA Hospicare accident insurance card. This card allows employees to access medical treatment at more than 400 hospitals in AXA’s nationwide network without the need for upfront payments.
- In the case of death due to an accident, company, insured parent (father or mother), or insurance agent must notify the company as soon as possible and submit the documents to the company within 30 days from the date of death of the insured, together with the following documents :
- A completed claim form completed by the claimant
- A copy of the death certificate
- A copy of the autopsy report, certified by the investigating officer or the issuing authority
- A copy of the police daily report, certified by the investigating officer
- A copy of the insured’s ID card and copy of the house registration marked “deceased”
- A copy of the beneficiary’s ID card and house registration
- A letter of appointment of an estate administrator, in case no beneficiary is specified
- Other documents (as necessary) as requested by the company
