The incumbent provides first level contact for end users by conveying resolutions; providing technical support to internal / external users; setting up configuration; ensuring problem prevention to improve service level.
QUALIFICATION :
● 1-3 years of related experience. New graduates are welcome.
● The experience in SQL Server Database are an advantage.
