Table of Premium (Family Plan)
- For accompanying spouse, the premium charged is 100% of the applicable Insured Person's premium.
Free for accompany children up to 2, with 50% of the accidental death benefit provided in item 1
Remark :
- The above premium is inclusive of specific business tax & stamp duty
- In respect of “Family Policy”, “Insured Person” includes the spouse (aged up to 70 years) and their
accompanying child (up to 2 children) aged from 1 up to 21 years
- For Annual Plan, unlimited trip is offered but each trip must not be exceeded 90 consecutive days.
Exclusion:
- Commit suicide, attempted commit suicide, self-inflicted injury or attempted self-inflicted injury
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs or narcotic drugs or addictive substance
- War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations, or civil war, mutiny, rebellion,
insurrection, civil commotion, strike, riots, revolution, declaration of martial Terrorism
- Radiation, radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or nuclear refuse.
- Explosion of nuclear or nuclear components or any harmful object which can explode during nuclear
process.
- While the insured serves as a soldier, police, or a volunteer and participates in a war or crime suppression
- While the insured is participating in a brawl or taking part in inciting a brawl.
- While the insured travels to the excluded countries or outside territorial limit specified on an
endorsement (if any).
- While the insured works in oil drilling rig or potholing.
