Direct Customer Solution Manager

Unit/Department:

Direct Business

Main Purpose of The Job:

  • Business Development for Direct Channel including online business. Area of responsibilities are motor and lifestyle (PA and Travel) products. Coordinate with relevant parties (i.e. digital team, IT, product, BD, operation, etc.) for online/website gateway, tasks are including operation and promotion activities.
  • Relationship management with direct business partners such as travel agencies or intermediaries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales Management
        -
    Deliver GWP production per assigned target
  • Relationship Management
        -
    Build relationship with business partners to ensure business volume and smooth business transaction.
  • Operations
        -
    Monitor day-to-day operation of direct business including online transaction.
        - Represent direct team when coordinate with Business Development team for any new projects that are related to motor, lifestyles products, and online business.
        -
    Lead the team and handle disputes cases that concern direct business on Motor, Lifestyles product and online.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in insurance industry, sales background is beneficial.
  • Able to manage team, have excellent problem solving and decision making skill.
  • Good personality and communication skill.
  • Have business-minded when dealing with direct partners.
