Call Center Representative

Responsibility

  • Provide superior customer service via phones by clarifying desired information, handling complaints, completing transactions, forwarding request and following up call till the end of call service.
  • Manage outbound calls to promote new products, services or campaigns.
  • Ensure organization reputation by not only owning all the calls but also exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain call center database.
