Project Coordinator

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • To perform regularly update all related documents by coordinate with BCP Representative from business units and all other support functions
  • Assis to provide continuous compliance monitoring of global entities and provide executive governance reporting. Including the quality assurance of BCM, CM, PS and H&S, plans procedures and associated materials, training events and skill sets
  • Assist to establish relationship with entity programs representatives and support programs of annual testing of business recovery plans, CMT etc, training and guiding global entities as required
  • Provide professional support to the BC Manager, Crisis Coordinator, PS Manager, H&S Manager as required

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:       

  • To assist on manage BCP, Coordinate during the crisis, perform yearly business continuity plan review and update Call Tree / BCP-Battle box
  • To assist coordinate yearly BCP rehearsal for AXA Head Office and Branches.
  • To coordinate on yearly Evacuation Drill.
  • To update Crisis Management Handbook, Physical Safety Policy, Health & Safety and their related documents

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in related fields
  • Possess strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills [written and verbal – English]
  • Be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong networking skills
  • Team player, but self-motivated, proactive, independent and responsive
  • Professional and positive approach, diligent with attention to detail
  • Customer centricity
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
