Senior Health Claim Coordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Ensure smooth claims operation to achieve the company’s objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Answer to client's inquiries and explain AXA’s plans and benefits
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Handle and manage the claims related cases i.g. Fraud claims, Complicated cases, Complaint, Denial Claims, Contact clients (agents, brokers, direct, branches) for any inquiry (claims, payment of premium, ROI, bank account missing)
- Train intermediaries on claims process
- Work closely with Claim, UW and operation and insure information dealt are accurate and aligned with Company and Country regulation
- Protect and nurture a positive Company image
Administration and Reporting
- Answer question arising from customer or coordinate with related expert to be able to deliver the correct solution
- Prepare monthly reports for the management team
- Bachelor or higher degree in business or related fields
- Solid proficiency of claims and customer handling in insurance industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer handling in Insurance Industry
- Strong communication skills, well organized, committed and eager to learn and “go beyond”
- Experience in Underwriting and/or Claim is a plus
- Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
