Commercial Line Claims Manager/ Sr. Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• Be responsible for the overall Commercial Line Claims portfolio, including operational claims management as well as project management on all projects related to Commercial Line Claims.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong in English command, both writing & speaking with ability to understand insurance terms & language
• Minimum 10 years experience in P&C Claim handling especially: IAR & Fire, Marine, Construction & Engineering, Liability, Casualty claims e.g. TA, PA, miscellaneous, etc.
• Have fundamental knowledge of reinsurance with good understanding of CAT claim management
• Strong analytical skills
• Be innovative
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
