Qualifications of the contestant
• Individuals
• Contestants shall “LIKE” Facebook Fan Page "AXA Thailand"
• Contestants shall use own personal Facebook to participate our activities only
Qualifications
• Unlimited types of cameras are permitted for the contest e.g. Film camera, digital camera or mobile camera
• Able to adjust the photo as appropriated, e.g. adjusting the light, color, weight, image, etc. but must not be an image editing
• Photo shall be taken by contestants. The contestants will be determined as disqualification from the contest and shall entirely responsible for any infringement of copyrights or impersonation.
• Photo shall have never been awarded before the contest.
• Photo shall be taken during 2019 only
• Unlimited photo size
• Each photo file size shall not less than 1 MB.

• The submission of your contest photo shall be deemed that you agree to comply with all rules and conditions of this activity campaign.
Award criteria
The judges will be 4 famous bloggers fromTRAVELISTA page, Unseen tour Thailand page, Kin Kam Tui Ta Lui Teaw page and TeawEng page, and criteria of judgment will be considering from perspective and story shown in photo that can be conveyed toour concept of “Know You Can”. The decision shall be at the Board's discretion and shall not be objected in any ways. The contestant is eligible to receive only one highest prize. The committee of judgment has solely rights to cancel, change the decision including requesting to return the prize within 2 months from the date of the announcement if we found that the winner failure to comply with rules and conditions prescribed herein.

Photo contest period
• Duration of submission : June 24 - July 22, 2019
• Announcement channel and period : Facebook fan page "AXA Thailand" www.facebook.com/AXAThailand on July 25, 2019
• The committee of judgment will select 20 finalists to join the workshop on August 4, 2019.

Winner Announcement for AXA Thailand Photo Contest 2019 Photo Contest
1. Winners’ names will be announced via "AXA Thailand" Facebook fan page www.facebook.com/AXAThailand on July 25, 2019
2. Prizes cannot be exchanged into cash or transferred the rights to others.
3. The 20 finalists shall confirm the eligibility by July 25, 2019 by sending your name-surname and contact number to AXA Thailand Facebook fan page’s inbox otherwise it will be considered as waiver. 4. The winner must maintain the “LIKE” status in Facebook fan page "AXA Thailand"at least until July 25, 2019 otherwise it will be considered as waiver.
5. The decision of the committee of judgment shall be deemed as absolute and final without any objection.
6. Prize value from 1,000 Baht or above is subjected to 5% of withholding tax..
7. The company reserves all rights to change any conditions, methods, period of reward or cancellation without prior notice.
Right to use
We have all rights to publish of all photo files submitted to the contest including the right distribution, or exhibit without notice or remuneration to the copyright owner. The copyright of all photos still entirely belong to the photographer. We are subjected to an absolute possession in all photos published by AXA.
