SmartCare Executive Group works on the concept of payment per disability. You will not be limited under miscellaneous expenses for:

  •  Surgery Specialist Consultation
  •  Surgery Diagnostic Services
  •  Follow up Treatment (Up to 30 days after admission)
  •  Anesthetist's Fee
  •  Others Hospital Services including Drugs, Dressings, Emergency Ambulance Service

Territory Limit
This policy will cover the insured whilst travelling anywhere outside Thailand for a maximum period of Maximum 90 consecutive days at a time. And the company liability is limited to the amount of reasonable and customary charges for equivalent treatment in Thailand if those medical expenses are lower than the actual charges incurred aboard.

You have a choice of 5 different plans for SmartCare Executive Group. You also have the flexibility of extension for Out-Patient Benefits and setting your own limit.

Eligibility

1. Thai Citizens, Permanent Resident of Thai, Employment Pass Holders, Dependent Pass Holders
2. Adult from age 18-59 years old. (Policy renewal up to 65 years subject to yearly review
3. Children from age 6 months (inclusive), and at least one parent must be included, with the same
     benefits.
4. The company has the right to consider the insurance cover ,or insurance premium subject to the
    applicant's occupation, illness and other individual information.

Example of Exclusions

1. "Pre-Existing Conditions" which refer to an injury or an illness which existed prior to the effective date of
     cover.
2. The following specific illness for the first 6 months of cover : Hypertension, Cardiovascular Disease, All
    Tumor or Cysts, Tonsils requiring surgery, Hernias, Hemorrhoids, Diabetes, Cholesystistic,
    Cholelithiasis and Calculi of the Urinary organs.
3. Other standard exclusions of accident & health insurance; e.g.congenital condition, suicide, pregnancy,
     health check up and dangerous sports.
