There are various payment methods available.

Apply only for motor insurance plan; SmartDrive 5 and AXA 3 Free, please download and fill in application form
0% 4 months Download Installment Form – Citibank
0% 3 months Download Installment Form – Kasikorn Bank
0% 3 months Download Installment Form – Krungsri GE

2. How can I apply cashless system when I need medical treatment?

Cashless system can apply to all customers who have health & PA insurance with AXA. The insured have to present AXA Healthcare card or AXA Hospicare card with official ID card to AXA Hospital Network.
