AXA Insurance Thailand is fully committed to protecting the privacy interests of individuals who provide us with information about themselves and to complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In doing so, we instruct our staff to comply with strict internal standards of security and confidentiality. The personal data submitted by and collected from you ("Personal Data") may be used by AXA Insurance Thailand and/or any company within the AXA group of companies and/or any of its associated companies, within or outside Thailand, for direct marketing purposes and in this connection, AXA Insurance Thailand may transfer or disclose that information to any of those other companies. AXA Insurance Thailand will cease to use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes if you request us to do so and accordingly the Personal Data will be erased or destroyed.
